Monitor white when turned on?

There usually could be one of two problems:
( 1 ) Your Monitor or
( 2 ) Your video card on your computer.
First-The severely first thing you other want to try is to look carefully at the monitor cable where on earth it plugs into your computer. Make sure it is fastened nice n tight.
Second- you need to check to see if you enjoy the correct MONITOR drivers installed. If you have a compact disc that came near your monitor you may need to re-install the Xerox monitor drivers, they may own become corrupted.

Don't forget you also have a troubleshooter built into your Windows XP.
Click on START
Look on thr right side for (HELP AND SUPPORT) to run your troubleshooter.
