PS3 HDMI to DVI cable, lcd monitor problems?
my problem is that the monitor isn't displaying the ps3 at all, blank peak and i can't hear any audio,
i tried holding the reset button for 6 secs, still doesn't work
my monitor has a button that switches from analog to digital, i did that but its still other blank,
if any1 could help me beside this it would be greatly appreaciated.

it's very unpromising. i'm facing the very same problem, my monitor is hp pavilion f1903. i bought a dvi to hdmi cable. but it's occuring duplicate problem like you said. u wont achieve sound even if you acquire it connected. u'll need a avi supported nouns system or digital optical cable. my speaker supports it so i bought a digital optical cable also. but it also doesnt work. i dont know what's the dvi problem with ps3. plz consent to me know if you get any solution from anywhere (Y! answers or any of your sources). it'll be greatly appreciated. appreciation.
