And if yes after should i use the suction option (one which sucks the dirt) or the blower substitute (which blows away the dirt). I am a bit apprehensive coz both of the options own gr8 speed so i am scared it might wound my screen or something.

you should turn the upright upside down and shake it to remove any dust and dirt first. then use a can of compressed nouns and blow it out. Don't use a vacuum, and don't use an air compressor as they will put moisture into the upright.
