Try Ctrl and the right or not here arrow keys.
Right click on the desktop and look through your option. This is a feature of your video card, but it's tough to vote exactly how to fix it without the brand nickname of the video card. You should see an option beside choices such as 90, 180, 270, 360. Hope this helps.
if those dont work, try unplugging the monitor and workstation for five minutes and restarting then.
Try the settings on the moniter itself
If you enjoy an ATI graphics card, look for an "ATI" icon within your system tray. Or, look for "ATI Catalyst Control Center" in your programs index. This utility controls your graphics card, and controls rotation. This is what I have on my PC. Your card may differ. Hope this help.
