It may be because of the electricity fluctuation. Or their may be a problem near your monitor's picture tube.
did you try to plug it into a diffrent power circuit? not just a doffernt plug outlet but another circuit. cause sure you dont have the dishwasher, etc. running and on like circuit. could be a power demand issue.
