-Your msconfig have been reconfigured from the untested state.
-2 different anti-virus programs are installed, means they may be treating respectively other as viruses.

run an anti virus to your computer, if the anti virus does not found anything ,then the problem is a corrupted files. the best and comfortable way no a corrupted files is to re install your OS or window.
