My computer tool lump swiched to the top of my peak how do i bring back it down?

Right click on your toolbar afterwards if you see a hook stick next to Lock toolbar, uncheck it, consequently drag and pull the toolbar pay for to the bottom, then right click on your toolbar again and click on lock toolbar to lock it this time,

click on it and drag it fund down to the bottom
Just drag it back after it will be ok!
right click tool bar<unlock tool bar<drag and drop tool bar to desired side of peak
