24" monitor Acer AL2416WD vs. HP LP2465?

both monitor have the same spec. and price on ebay.
Rumors:
Acer AL2416WD - no signal essue
HP LP2465 - stuttering, skipping frame during gaming
So which one would be better?
I would prefer owners review.

It looks to me that both of them run similar specs.

1920x1200 resolution, 6ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio... Though the HP claims to be brighter on average.

In my experience, HP uses standard panels contained by their Montiors. But Acer has my vote base on previous experience with their monitors and customer service.
