I hold window vista, merely purchased a 20 surrounded by. widescreen. . .?
Answer:
Do you have your display settings set to the proper resolution? Each LCD monitor have one specific resolution that it works best with. Check the documentation that come with the monitor.
To transformation the resolution, right-click your desktop and click Properties. Go to the Settings tab and slide the resolution to the correct one for your monitor. I assume that method will work in Vista! If not, look for Display settings surrounded by the Control Panel.
Ooh. Should have get a mac. If you use Vista, you will probably get used to seeing seriously of blue on your new eyeshade. On macs, you don't have to verbs about setting the screen just right. It sets that for you.
Most webpages will be surrounded by the center of the screen because they will look funny if they are stretched to fit. A widescreen isnt intended for surfing the web. Its intended for games, dvds, and other media. Your settings are fine.
You own Vista? That's your first problem...
