My largest monitor isnt showing up as my prevalent monitor surrounded by window settings, my inferior monitor is showing as it?

My prime monitor, in window settings, is showing up as the secondary monitor and i call for to make this my principal monitor while my secondary monitor is showing up as the leading monitor in window settings.

So i need my fundamental monitor to reconginze as my main monitor within windows settings. but i cant.

im using ATI video card.

Right click anywhere on your desktop. Go to settings. Click "1", or doesn`t matter what monitor it is, and click a box that says "Use this device as my primary monitor".
