EASY WAY TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM
Open both window in two different porthole and not in tabbed skylight.
Then, Right click on taskbar->click either tile window horizontally or vertically

when you open one page, minimize it or mute its window size. after it will stay on the desktop versus the taskbar, if they are both at maximum size so that they fill your entire monitor eyeshade you will not be able to see both.
download the hottest version of internet explorer 7 and interested each website within the tabs provided
Sounds similar to the windows are maximize. Click the button in the upper right that looks resembling two boxes, one on top of the other (It's surrounded by the middle). Then put your mouse near the edges of the porthole till you see a different mouse cursor. You can drag the edge so it's smaller. Just do this for both browser window.
Click on restore button on the right top. Then adjust the window size

both page have be maximised it seems.what u can do:right click on the restore box contained by the blue bar higher than your page & then run your mouse cursor to anyone horizontal vertical edging of the page then drag to minimise.that should do the trick.Best of luck
