You need to adjust the resolution. Right click on the desktop, goto display settings or properties depending on your OS altered copy. Change the resolution to something higher. Most populace with 19 inch monitors goto 1280x1024

right click anywhere desktop click properties next the resolution tab and adjust resolution

see if magnify is on by:
click start
all programs
appurtenances
accessability
May be your computer started in Safe mood or problem surrounded by ur VGA Card. or Driver problem
ur pc might be on a undamaging mode... try restarting ur coputer..
if it doesnt solved the problem try to do a system restore.. it will restore your pc on its previous status on a specific date. you will be guided by the computer. try it. it wont affect ur files, but some of your up-to-the-minute application will be removed if it is included in the system restore.
Change the resolution.
that would be to do near your screen resolution. jump into the display properties and adjust them acordingly.
if that doesn't solve the problem then its to do beside a gfx driver update...roll back the driver and try setting the display properties again.
