Why is my screen/desktop wobbling? Old monitor?

it could be because it is an outdated monitor. but there are frequent other reasons. bend prong, reverse pollaritys, have it been dropped, is it at room heat, is there seriously of humitity
Could be an old monitor or could be an electrical source is to hand it - like a follower or a little boiler - these cause blind fluctuations.
do the reset option on your monitor

try right clicking on an unfilled space on your desktop. click on properties. click on the settings tab in the properties skylight. click on advanced and monitor. there should be a renew rate with a drop down arrow. click on the arrow and select the subsequent fastest refresh rate. click on OK.
