my system is dated but some how my display is stuck on 4oox640 pixels and the slide will not move to the higher setting ,i hold tried other monitors and a new display card? i go from a providia 9685 to a 9680 and it's still not moving??

R u still using win95 (or WinFWG 3.11?)? if u hold tried other monitors and video cards, then it must be the OS. If u r using Win95 u may want to upgrade. If u r using winXP, etc - afterwards it may be a corrupt system files. U may want to give more info of your system ...
