Why does my monitor shut down after a few minutes, (possibly 40 minutes) and does not come final any more?

It shuts down, consequently when I push the power button of my monitor, nothing will evolve; i will lose all my unsaved notes. What shall I do? I even went to the power settings and it say "Turn off monitor - Never; Turn past its sell-by date Hard Disks - Never". It still turns off....

Answer:

it was shift in to hibernate in this travel case the moniter will go bad
If you're using a Windows operating systems, then your computer power settings perchance telling the monitor to hibernate.

To check this setting (in Windows) you should right click on the fundamental desktop, and then not here click on properties. The Display Properties window should appear. Left click on the Screen Saver tab (along the top). Left click on the Power button inside the pane (under Monitor Power section). Try altering a power setting on your monitor and/or computer to “never”.

If my suggestion stops the problem, your question should be solved. If not, it will feasible be another power setting.

Good luck.
