I own had no issues next to my Samsung 930b. 8ms response time 700:1 contrast ratio. Pretty good rap for the buck. You can find them around $300 if your timing is right. Check out www.pricegrabber.com

Ok.. you see those monitors at the guv offices, the Black LCD ones (I cannot mention the brand) those will be not completely good, since I direct in average 2 or 3 a daylight to send 4 warraty @ the guv City of TO
They only stop working some day, kept surrounded by sleep mode.. even they reapir them and do it again..big issue there
