I put a exotic nouns card surrounded by my computer, but it still doesn't work?! Does anyone know anything almost this?

This may nouns daft but are you sure its installed properly? Does it need a unusual driver?
make sure you install the drivers for it, and remove the drivers for the antediluvian one
There are many possibilites:
Make sure the card is installed properly
Install the drivers
Check the manufacturer's website
If you are trying to grasp sound out of the cd player designer sure an audio cable is going from the CD player to the topical sound card. Also fashion sure it is in the right spot on the nouns card, many cards hold multiple slots for the CD audio connections.
Check to clear sure the speakers are installed in the correct jack.
Right click "My Computer" select "Manage" Go to "Device Manager" and take home sure that your card is installed under the audio devices article, if it has an exclamation point or cross-examine mark subsequent to it, it is not working properly.
Also check to label sure that the volume controls are set to use that device (and I'm sure you took the last device out), and while you are at it check to product sure the volume is up, and "mute" or "mute all" are not selected.
Or the alien card could be defective...
Did it get detected? be it installed? Did you install the driver? you might also want to check if there are some driver updates.
