Screen cap and resolutions?

Hi I sent a logo to someone, it was measured as 800 px for me. The other saw it as 760 px. They enjoy a widescreen monitor and I don't.

When they sent a screen shot of what measures as 800 px to them, it ends up measure as 932 px to me.

Any ideas?

they own a wide blind monitor which allows them to have more px than you so everything is that you hold they have smaller quantity px and everything they have is more px to you
