My pc's creen is shaking sometimes.why?what is the remedy?

I infer its due to improper flow of voltage. Try to attach the power cable to a spike buster. this might solve your problem.

there is something wrong beside the monitor,either the cable or the tube itself. try to loosen the nouns from the back of the PC, if it doesn't, enjoy your monitor replaced.
