I own an LG flatron LCD monitor.?

It seem to have no buttons for adjust brightness contrast, horizontal and vertical alignment etc. How do you fix this? Is it done by the OS instead then? I run fedora but cannot find any chance to allow for monitor settings from the OS. Any ideas?

Answer:
Look on the side of the monitor (screen), mine is on the right mitt side
Read the manual? I own yet to see an LCD monitor minus OSD controls accessible through the buttons on the monitor itself.
Well you not give a Model number or peak size, so, go here and capture the manual;

Check the documentation within the cd that came next to the monitor.

It might work using software like sleight of hand tune, but you will have to run it surrounded by Wine and see if it works. Otherwise.. get a monitor near some buttons.
LG's Flatron L1981Q is one of a few monitors with button-free photo tuning, and it's the only current 19-incher beside automatic pivot and automatic mirroring.

The tuning is done with the included ForteManager software.
