hi in that. whenever my laptop loads up, a program that I need (skype) requirements to load up sour screen, (it runs, but it is bad screen to the far moved out, and I can't drag it back...) I enjoy tried opening and closing it through the duty bar to no avail... I hold also tried minimizing it through the task tavern, and even tried "switching" to it through the applications monitor... this is really discouraging as I need it to stay surrounded by touch with my pregnant wife while at university... we're expecting any minute immediately, and I need this to work!
any lend a hand would be most appreciated!

try this:
open the program, and while that program is up hit ALT+SPACE BAR
consequently hit the down arrow once
then hit enter
afterwards hold down the right arrow to drag it to view.
try to maximize skype that should later cause ti show pack your entire screen, consequently you should be able to resize it to usual, one other thing you can try is to see if your laptop is using two screen. check this by right clicking on the desktop and selecting properties, consequently click on the settings tab, you should then see a eyeshade with two boxes receive sure you are using the primary display and that the extend my windows desktop onto this monitor is NOT checked
