I hold a CT1700 17" TFT LCD monitor, but I can't grasp it to work surrounded by fullscreen contained by XP. I enjoy right drivers.

All my drivers are correct, but when I move about to fullscreen, the monitor turns off and I enjoy to unplug it and replug it to get it to work. What's wrong?
