A Dell TM 1504FP Flat Panel Color Monitor computer and the double key other stick.?

I hold changed keyboards several times to no avail. Also when backspacing , each time I hit the backspace push button I also have to keep on between keys for it to appear on the eyeshade.
FIVE DAYS AGO IT STOPPED DOING THAT AND THE NEXT DAY IT REVERTED TO IT`S OLD WRONG WAYS AGAIN. I KID YOU NOT! i HAVE CHANGED NOTHING THAT I KNOW OF. iT HAS DONE THIS FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND NOBODY KNOWS WHAT TO DO. HELP ME PLEASE

Does it do this only surrounded by Internet Explorer or in other programs as resourcefully? Try opening zilch but notepad and see if it happens in attendance.
