My zune doesnt work it stays stuck on one and the same peak that say please hang about and have a numer 3 on it?

If you encounter some problem and have a feeling that you need to "reset" or "reboot" your Zune, simply hold down the "Back" and "Up" buttons simultaneously for a few second.
Note: "Back" is the separate button to the left of the colossal middle "control pad". "Up" is the top of the circular control pad
I've hear that the Zune locks up a lot. If possible, receive a refund and buy an iPod instead. You will not be disappointed.
its probably defect. if you have a warrenty i ruminate you should get a reimbursement but don't buy an ipod-- those break easy-- buy something like "Siren" or "Sansa" those are pretty well-mannered and cheap too
