Went to bed next to monitor colors adjectives middle-of-the-road but subsequent hours of daylight evrything seem green...comfort please?

Two choices I would consider. Firstly check the connection where on earth the computer plugs into the monitor and where that cord plugs into the computer. Sometimes if that get jostled it will affect the colors.
second choice is to try and degauss your computer blind and go into your monitor. Alot of times you can adjust your monitor settings next to the buttons on the monitor. Fooling around with those or hitting a reset button might do the trick. Hope that help!
do you have speakers sitting close to the monitor? magnets can effect the color and if the speakers are sitting close plenty they mgiht do it. just degues it. look within your settings on the monitor. see if any one messed around with it. perchance set it to defualt settings.

Now, this will sound strange, but I have exactly the same problem next to one of my monitors.ahh.give it a virtuous wack on all 3 sides next to your hand...pocket a look.mine woke up out of it's headache, and went spinal column to normal! Try it!!:D
