Why does my computer enjoy a blank black blind?

After I did a system restore my computer in a minute has a blank peak.

Answer:
This is extremely odd as surrounded by all my years of servicing computers as a technician, I own never heard of a computer eyeshade going black because of a system restore. Lets see, go through a rudimentary check up first.

1. Turn on monitor, attach the wire to video card.
2. Make sure the contrast and brightness are set properly.
3. Move your mouse and press ENTER and ESC on your grand piano exit any possible hibernating states.

Now for troubleshooting...
1. What cause your computer to need to grasp system restored in the first place? If it is a virus, it might be the create of this problem and try turning on the system with your system boot disk or window disk (however this is usually very rare).
2. Ask yourself, is the system on and running and do you hear the ordinary beeps and sounds that the workstation normally make when it is booting? (If the answer is yes, then this problem is usually not a software problem as things are running smoothly, it's only just that nothing is showing on your monitor. Try getting ahold of another monitor and see if that works.
3. What color is the monitor's power buoyant? (Usually it is green or orangish). If it is orangish, that means your computer is not recieving the signal from your computer system.
4. Wait for a few minutes and press ENTER / ESC every thirty second or so. If nothing happen, after about 2 minutes or so (about the time it take the pc so turn on, press ATL F4 and Enter a few times. If the PC turns of, that technique it has successfully booted and you markedly have a hardware problem.)

If none of these solutions worked, get the impression free to email me at bqm1234@yahoo.com as I am quite interested at what is cause this problem and we can sort it out from there.
