yo man..the prob is beside the picture tube...it is due to the failure to send out electrons of certain wavelength when the voltage fluctuates..do you use a UPS? capably i think you;re contained by a place where theres a destiny for high vopltage fluctuations within the line...not merely you have to buy a up to date monitor you also have to buy a ups to protect your hot monitor...this sort of problems never occur beside lcd monitors..so try finding one..and also dont use the monitor for long as it'l hurt your eyes due to harmful UV rasys that it may let off..

if yes after that is the grounds for ur screen's color fadding bcos the magnet in speakes or an alternative reason donnt ever use hose to clean ur eyeshade this is harmful ok
