Is it my video card?

Alot of pictures on my computer, excluding the ones taken by my digital camera are fuzzy, and so are the ones online. How can i fix this? Do i have to seize a better video card or do i need that Direct3Dx article?

Answer:
Most of the pictures on the Internet are usually not of the high resolution group. Not sure how many mega-pixels your digital camera is, but it will usual produce a resolution that will display okay on your computer. Many sites keep the pixel count down on their pictures because they are restricted to so much storage space, to if you down nouns that picture and enlarge it, it will look fuzzy because of the lower pixel count.

I love to download pictures of space, such as galaxies, and own found sites that do have glorious resolution pictures...some as much as 9000 x 9000 pixels, but the file sizes are huge...75 MB well, but you can zoom in as much as you want next to no distortion.

I expect the pictures you are getting from the web may not be of the dignified resolution variety. The more pixels the better, but it does pilfer up space on the hard drive.
Change monitors first. It is possible you enjoy an incampatible driver or your monitor is too old or any number of other reason. Your digital pictures may be fine becasue you may be taking them at a lower resolution.
Hi friend,
If your digital camera pictures are being displayed properly, later it's not likely to be your video card...
If you own an accelerator program, to download web page faster, this might be the problem... many accelerators, even ones offered by your Internet provider, drop off the resolution/picture quality to download the page faster.
Also, sometimes your software monitor settings will not match without fault with your monitors reading and size... Try changing settings and see if anything help?
One more thing, DirectX is central, as well as, Java Runtime, Macromedia Shockwave and Flash Player, so variety sure you have the hottest installed by Google searching the download sites and updating them!
If adjectives else fails, progress to your device manager skylight through control panel/Systems icon/Hardware, and find the Display adapter for your computer. Right click on the adapter and try updating it (from the Internet)...
This is the best advice I can contribute you,
GOD Bless, wadeduck58
