I tried switching from 16-bit colour to 24-bit, er, but 24-bit be not there... and the slider for the peak size would not move. When I tried to see if my monitor was on the monitor enumerate thing, it would not agree to me click on Properties... uh, help? Thank you!

restart your computer and log into administer or administrater not sure which one
Reinstall your display driver. (or do a "System Restore" rear legs to before the problem occurred)
Start>All Programs>System Tools>System Restore.
