Computer monitor problems?

If your computer is ON and your monitor is ON and the PLUGS are in, afterwards I would suspect a computer problem.
If you do not have evidence that the computer is really working, verbs the plug and open the box. Reseat the Memory cards and video card. Then put the crust back on, and power it up.
