Why do Lcd monitors grant me a migraine?

If I view an Lcd tv or computer monitor I get a migraine inside 5 minutes.

Answer:
There is a big difference between an LCD and a CRT (old monitors). The CRT is actually flickering at a determined frequency that can be changed most of the time.

The lone thing that I can focus of that might make your migraine flair up when watching a LCD monitor or TV is that the contrast might be big. LCD's tend to have a high output and be a little more contrasting i.e., white is brighter and the difference between the darks and brights is more defined.

But afterwards again, it is very unusual that you would take migraines from an LCD; normally it is the solution for relatives who have problems looking at CRT's.
Check next to your local GP.

Try adjusting the liven up rate on your monitor. sometimes that can give you a headache. if that doesn't work, chat to your doctor.
That's very strange, more than commonly, people receive this from CRT monitors and LCD screens fix the problem. Contact an eye speacilist you may own a strained muscle in your eye cause a problem with your proficiency to focus.
Ghostrecon is probably right, you need goggles. But here are some other things to think nearly:

(1) Are you looking at your monitor in the shadows? Make sure you have some backlight to cut back the contrast between your monitor and your surroundings. Put a soft lamp somewhere at the rear your monitor if possible.

(2) I've read that you should rest your eyes every hour for a honest few minutes. Stand up, stretch, and let our eyes rest on the things around you. Take a breather.

(3) Are you wearing contacts? I've read that your eye change shape as you focus. Contacts are shaped to fit your eye, so if it changes shape when you focus on something closer, I instinctively think this creates issues. This is from my own experience though.

(4) The spirit of LCD monitors shouldn't stress your eyes, but try to juice up the re-acquaint yourself with rate of your monitor. That might help. Anything over 72 Hz is overkill though, so no necessitate to go much highly developed than that.
Maybe because LCD monitors are very expensive. Same near you LCD monitors give me headache because i dont enjoy big amount of money to buy one.
