I enjoy a 20" monitor for my cpu and a third of it is man used..the rest is blank(windows vista)?

right click on desktop... click illustrative options... click full panel or fit panel to display
It is possible that your video card does not support that significant of a monitor. Check your Screen Resolution Settings under Display surrounded by your control panel.
