Computer blind wont turn on??

after the computer have been rust for a while and the moniter shuts off, i jiggle the mouse and it comes on then right wager on off. the onl route to get it support is turn the monitor off afterwards on again and that only works for a second.. seem fine when it is on and stays on.. rebooted and here i am .. any suggestions? thanks

I don`t know if your video drivers are corrupted, try updating/reinstalling your video drivers.

Check the connections to the computer. It might have to do near that.
