Change odd job fishing rod on desktop from vertical to horizontal.?

I use Windows XP.On my desktop my charge bar is vertical and on right side of my eyeshade. How do I change this assignment bar to appear horizontal and at bottom of the blind?

Answer:
Drag it with the mouse. You inevitability to select an area of the project bar that does not own an image. It will not appear surrounded by the new location until the mouse is almost within, so it may not look like you are moving it.

Also engineer sure it is not locked by right clicking on it and looking at the menu.
Left click on it and drag it to the new position.
right click within it and click horizontal
drag and drop
click and drag
Just drag it down with the mouse, and drop it within the down-most part of the peak.
Just rightclick anywhere on the taskbar and make sure at hand is no tickmark near "LOCK THE TASKBAR" way out. if it is there later click on 'LOCK THE TASKBAR" option. Once the tick carve is removed then disappeared click anywhere on the taskbar and then drag it to the position you want, ie, right side corner, upside or to its artistic position which is towards down. Once dragged to your choosed position again lock the taskbar so that it cannot be moved accidentally. When ever you wish to move it justunlock it by clicking again on the "LOCK THE TASKBAR"way out.

Hope this helps you.
in recent times right click on the task tablet make sure that it is not locked.

after you unlocked it ,purely left click on the assignment bar and while pressing it move it to the horizontal position .

and in a minute your task shaft is at the horizontal position
Well you right click on the task block and click "Lock the Taskbar" button so that the tick on it goes away and the lock unlocks. after drag it from vertical position to horizontal position. Then you right click on it again and click "Lock the Taskbar" button again to lock it at its position.
Right-click on the taskbar and make sure that it is unlocked. You'll know that it is when you see rather bar higher than the original taskbar. Then left-click on it and drag to the position of your choice.
