How do I set up my advent 7113 to work near a toshiba dlp projector? I can't find anything within the instruction manual?

Try as I might I cannot draw from anything from my laptop to project through my projector. The manual is subsequent to useless. It must be possible. Both items are brand new. If anyone uses a projector for power point etc. please can you update me how to set it up so it works, I am getting very frustrated. Thanks for any abet offered.

Obviously you have connected the cable from the projector to the laptop. There should be a knob on your laptop that shows a small picture of a monitor. You must press this key (Usually simualtaneously near a key dotted Fn on your keyboard). If this doesn`t work its because not all laptops are compatible next to all projectors. Hope this help.
