I hold a "HP pavilion f1503" that keep turning rotten, Why!?

Hi can any one assistance me, I have a "hp pavilion f1503" 15 inc monitor that the peak keeps turnning of, it started something like a month ago and now it turns on for in the region of 2 seconds and it afterwards turns off, if i turn it stale and on it dose the same article can it be fixed?

You have the Blaster Virus on your PC - When you start your PC, hold on to pressing F8 until you can start in Safe mode. As soon as your PC is going, Go to Start and run msconfig. Deselect everything within your Services and Startup tab except for Microsoft products and the ones you need for connecting to the Web.

You'll own to restart your PC. Go to Limewire.com and download Norton anti Virus and follow the instructions in the .txt record for installation and registration. While installing, you cannot be connected to the web.

After installation, do a full system scan. Norton will want to do a reboot and another scan. After this run msconfig again and select a "Normal Startup" this will nouns the any residual viruses so that after restarting Norton's will be capable of delete the offending files.
