Yes, it is fixable. Some monitors have a "degauss" button or control. This will give somebody a lift care of this problem. Do it a couple of times. Some do it when they come on, so in recent times turn it off and posterior on, see if that helps. If you still enjoy the same problem, consequently you need to find someone next to a "degaussing coil" and knows how to use it to degauss your monitor.
It may correct itself over time...but it may enjoy permanently be damaged. You'll enjoy to wait it out. Try de-gaussing it a couple of times.

time may help ...but u can right click on your desk top a box will come up ...move about down to properties and another box comes up ....u can set your color there
