Click Start then Set programming Access and default then click on computer capitalist.
If it has Windows XP you can move about to Start> Programs>Accessories>System>Sy... restore. Chose the very first date(Created when you first get your PC) and restore to that point. Or you can format your harddrive and reinstall the OS.

If I understand you correctly:
Make sure that the boot directive has the compact disc rom booting first.
Then, insert the Windows CD and reboot. It will automatically embezzle you to the reinstallation process to set the laptop back to factory evasion.
