Don't push any further, but it sounds similar to your screen have broken pixels or pixel readers i suppose. Broken areas that are unable to render color etc. Don't PUSH it will single make it worse if it's fixable at adjectives, but usually it's not. Happened to my old laptop
Your monitor is busted. Sounds close to theres a loose connection somewhere. The lone way to fix to be precise to open it up and look at the monitor and probably replace it. The most qualified ethnic group to do that is the ones who built your PC.

yes that happen to my winbook j4 except they were green. i open it up and after unscrewing all these screw I found out a loose cable! But you need to take heed so you should probably take it to the businesswoman to get it fixed.
