Hp 7540 monitor blew 4A fuse, I replaced it and it blew again, what is the problem?

nearby is a defective power transistor or ic module need to be repalced, better pinch it to the qualified service center, it cant be repaiared by yourself unless you a qualified service engr. but i recommend better buy another one with a full warranty than to own it fix.

if it blew the second time, there's something wrong next to the wiring.
If it's inwardly warranty, ask for a replacement.
