HELP. where on earth can i buy a investigational power pack?

Where can i buy a replacement power pack for my 14in Vizitron PC monitor? Not the organize that plugs into the socket but the one from the PC to the large black power pack??
I hold tried a 12v multi plug thingy with no effect.
