My moniter does not displays adjectives colours. what is the problem ?

the picture tube of your monitor is already defective
video card or the driver
You own a crappy monitor.
Might just be time for a bright monitor or your settings are wrong
Not sure but ur picture tube for the monitor may be loosing life...
Graphics card.
right click on desktop
turn to properties
go to settings
adjust color level
you can coloring by pen
it could be that one of the tubes inside it is broken (one of the three tubes:red green and blue) so that colours that are made from one of the tubes no longs show up quite right.

This repeatedly indicates a bad pin on the completion of the vga cable. Sometimes the pin is bent or will push into the body of the connector when you try to insert it into the jack. Close examination will usually show it. Use a small two of a kind of needle muzzle pliers to straighten the pin, if the pin is pushing into the connector body, pull on it until you discern a slight snap to indicate the pin is fully seated in the connector and verify that you can not push it support into the connector body.
RIght click anywhere on the desktop
click on the properties
go to settings
within the colors section, click on "true color" prospect
make sure it's plugged contained by all the road.
Update the video card drivers.
Otherwise? yeah.. she's dying.
the picture tube may be dieing so sad!
