I would speak yes. The lcd screens hold out better and more crisp colors and images which impose less eye fatigue. The films over the lcd screen scatter neutral in a different means of access compared to a typical desktop tub monitor. The strain on my eyes is non-existant with my LCD monitor vs. the antiquated tube monitor.

Also, they sell ani-reflective films that you can place over the eyeshade to even further the enjoyment of the eyes :)
