My pc's monitor make a clicking nouns when it's stale and the unyielding drive is also bad.?
What could be the problem? Is nearby a risk of fire?

The likelihood are good that the clicking nouns you are hearing is a capacitor contained by the power supply of the monitor. When the power supply is under nouns (ie: when the monitor is on and running), the circuit that the cap is surrounded by is inactive, and thus doesn't gross the clicking sound, but when you turn it sour, the circuit becomes live. Some monitors have low power lesser circuits that they use to store settings even when the power is turned off. If yours have an auxillary system like this, it could be malfunctioning to the point that a sunhat is getting ready to pop.
Keep an eye on the concert of the monitor, and if it gets worse, you might inevitability to buy a new monitor. Otherwise, if the clicking doesn't bother you that much, afterwards it will probably be fine. I highly doubt it would post any difficulty or fire risk, even if it does pop.

if it make the clicking noise just after you worked for a while, and then for s hort time it clicks, its because it cools down at the time.. if it does that after a long time, and for a long time, consequently you have a shorted capacitor, and should replace that monitor.
If it is a CRT, tube type, monitor consequently they do that with age.
It may be contained by stand-by mode. So power it down completely
Dude, you need a foreign monitor, this means that any the tube is going out or that the color guns are not functioning properly.
