Difference within picture/color between two Dell 1905FP LCD monitors?
My newer one displays more vivid colors and a more true white while my older one seem to have a yellow-ish tint to the white. Black is also different between the two, for example on the Windows flying be reluctant screen investor.
Has anybody else ever noticed anything resembling this with two supposedly tantamount monitors?
Answer:
Although they may be identical after trade, age and use degrades LCD monitors. In reality, LCD monitors have a controlled 'burn time'. And pehaps the actual monitor itself is different. The newer one must be more advanced and have more vivd colours. A third piece may be that your graphics cards may not be able to support both monitors beside full graphics (colour, resolution etc).
Check your graphics card. Switch the monitors around. And Dell did some upgrading.
adjust your gamma settings in your gpu,or contained by the control panel if you dont have a gpu.
