HIGH FREQUENCY RANGE! how will i solve this problem?

This happen after I chaged the computer color from true to high color (the extreme bit range) its now only displaying this message of high frequecy and some grey lines moving diagonally on the peak.
Note that the booting process is shown in the monitor. Can the problem be solved during the booting process?
please minister to! I miss it badly.

Boot into Safe Mode and redeploy the color sttings back to majority.
consult the expert
u just diminish the color display and try it ...
if you are running windows xp press F8 on boot and choose undisruptive mode and then cash the colors back to common or try other configurations.
