Computer eyeshade size?

I want to cause a wallpaper for my boyfriend without him knowing but adjectives he told me was that his blind is 9 inches, does anyone know how many pixels that is to say?

9 inches refers to the viewable area of your boyfriends laptop display - it's in recent times the size of the screen measured from corner to corner. It's impracticable to convert this figure into peak resolution. Besides computer monitors are capable of displaying at different resolutions anyway.

A nine inch peak is quite small so it's credible that it displays at a resolution of 640 x 480 or 800 x 600 pixels. Any resolution higher than the latter will result surrounded by icons and menu items anyone too small to see on the screen. When creating wallpapers, it's other good opinion to start big anyway, then rescue different versions for different eyeshade resolutions. I would suggest you design the wallpaper using a pixel dimension 1024 x 768, then gather your boyfriend's copy at 800 x 600 pixels.
you'd need to know his peak resolution.
pixels wide by pixels vertical.
On a 9" peak, not only is that odd unless you typoed it and it was supposed to be 19".
In that defence likely he uses 1024x768
mmm....9 inches = 648 pixels

If its 9 inches * 9 inches next its = 648*648
If he's using Windows 2000 or higher, his OS know how to stretch the wallpaper automatically, so if you make it 1024x768 and that isn't big plenty, that shouldn't be an issue for him.
9 inches? thats rally small. conceivably 19 inches, but not 9. either mode, when you set the picture as wall paper window will automatically size the picure to fit onthe desktop. i would advise making the picture big however, because if it is to samll, when windows blows it up it will become outstandingly pixellated.

Regardless it will fit to screen size
for window xp right click on the desktop, then click desktop tab, click the browse, locate the loacation of the record. click open, click apply
more the number of pixels better the power of picture.
its is not neccesary that 9 inches screen will show picture near less number of pixels solitary
it can also show picture with 1024 X 768 pixels.
I've never hear of a 9" screen past.
