OK Ill be brief !!... when i turn on the computer ..the eyeshade dosent come on ..it turns green afterwards red?

Wow sounds like a cool sharp trip, just kid. Sounds like the picture tube is busted inside the monitor. You may want a new monitor. That or it is impossible connection, try checking and pushing surrounded by all the cable.
Did you plug in the Cable? If not, next plug in the VGa or DVI cable.
Check your cable and make sure you don't own a bent pin. Also try powering off the monitor, unplug it from the power cord for a few minutes and later plug it back within. If you have another monitor try that. If it doesn't work on a second monitor consequently it might be your video card.
Does you computer make any beep noises when it powers on except the standard single short beep? Depending on your motherboard and BIOS these beep can signal that you have a doomed to failure video card or that the video card is not fully seated in the slot.

This sounds like the computer is not picking up your video card. If it comes on, it's suposed to STAY green. If it go orange, that can be one of several possibilities. Either you can:
1) Turn the computer itself on
2) Check and cause sure that the monitor wire is properly plugged contained by
3) make sure that your video card didn't come loose inside the computer.
4) Make sure that everything else is plugged contained by too.

Could be your monitors going bad. But earlier you decide to move about buy a new monitor, check your cords and see if in attendance is a faulty chain or perhaps if you are using one that have an older hook-up on it...the little tiny prongs on it ( that plug into the computer tower )...get bent somehow. This happens alot beside keyboards and mouse's if you aren't careful nearly plugging them in.
