PC Monitor Screen?

The picture on my monitor peak is jumping ever 5-6 second, it seems to be the bottom , 2/3 that hurdle, or twitch to the side, its very annoying.

Its a 19in TFT blind.

Any ideas ??

first try that monitor on another PC, if it worked angelic then the problem surrounded by your VGA hardware or driver, try updating the driver, if failed also next change your VGA CARD.

if the monitor achievement the same on another PC, later its a power problem, take it to some electronic devices workshop to fix it, or to the company you purchased it from.
Mine does that initially, it's to do next to your refresh rate; try lowering it.

Control Panel -> Display -> Settings -> Advanced -> Monitor -> Screen galvanize rate.
it usualy happens due to eratic power supply to monitor. yr ups may be the culprit.
