You see, these are select as modestly priced, but with dutiful reviews from other customers. I probably would not buy the 17" widescreen, since the height is not thoroughly good, and the 19" is merely a tiny bit more in cost.

Well, I read some of the comments from reader about buying Acer or LG. Viewsonic eyeshade looks a bit fuzzy. Viewsonic is from china. They cost less but more possible to face repairs further down the track. The number one brand is Sony but it will be the most expensive. You could try to buy other brands such as Benq or Philips. Look for the brands that volunteer 3 years warranty. I had my Benq lcd repaired which be under 3 years, fortunately. Always buy an LCD whilst it is turned on and inspected. Don't buy off the internet minus actually seeing a live demonstration.
